Vision is Broken

“Vision is broken” is a free-form poem about all the hard times that can take away our passion for life. These hard times make it hard for us to go after changes and reduce our will to dream.

Sometimes love, sympathy, and support are not enough to change a bad situation and make things right. Sometimes no matter how much we want to it is hard to keep on dreaming. And, even if we truly want to dream what we see is not clear. The vision we once had might now be broken.

Glorious sun,
While the wind is all frozen.

Two kittens hug each other.
Their eyes are blinded,
And their breathing is hard.

Thoughts keep on wondering
But my vision is broken.

  2. The last stanza reminds me of how I felt prior to starting my website when i felt really down and burnt out from work. I kept trying to think of any way possible to get out of what I was doing but nothing felt tangible or possible. Now, I still feel burnt out but at least I have my website to look forward to!

    1. I can understand what you went through Paul. I had a similar experience in the past also. Your website is your creation and getting tired to work on it cannot be compared to getting a burn out for anyone else. You do a great job! Thank you for reading and commenting 🙂
