My answers to the questions above

Tell me something about this world that you admire.

If I had to choose only one thing that I admire in this world I would have to say that it is the power of the human mind. It is amazing how many things one person can think and do using only the power of his / her mind. Apart from science and creativity, which of course are a huge example of the power of the human brain, I also mean the power to think and overcome obstacles and difficulties.

What is your favorite form of creativity?

My favorite form of creativity is of course writing. Writing has always been for me a means of escape to a magical world. I love the fact that the creation of this new world starts out of a blank page.

I love that letters can be combined in different ways to create words and sentences. It is magic that you just stare at a page full of letters while your mind creates images, heroes, follows a story, sets you in emotional tense, makes you worry for imaginary people that you feel so real.

As you have understood by now, apart from writing I also love reading, how could one exist without the other? Right?

Lately, through blogging I realized that sometimes I need to be inspired and motivated, so I started writing aiming to do just that. Or you may say that I decided to write what I needed to read.

One of my first posts was about how much I love writing: “The little story of my relationship with this weird thing called writing

Ruth’s Questions to me

What are you grateful for?!

What is your biggest achievement?

What can we all do to make the world a better place?

What is your favourite post from Ruthiee loves Glamour and why?

My answers to Ruth’s question for The Aesthete Blogger Award

What are you grateful for?!

I am grateful for everything I am and everything I have. I know that in this world there is absolutely nothing that can be taken for granted. I have my problems, of course, but, who doesn’t?

I am grateful because I am healthy, educated and I think smart enough to survive in a world that keeps changing.

I have a family and people around me that care for me, love me and support me, I have a place to stay which I can call home, enough money to live with, food to eat, a bed to sleep and much more.

Lots of people in this world don’t have any of these. So yes, I am grateful for everything. Everything I am and everything I have.

What is your biggest achievement?

Hmm, I don’t know. I have accomplished lots of things in my life for which I am proud of but I wouldn’t like to choose one and name it as my biggest achievement.

The biggest achievement when going through a life, that hardly ever is easy, is to remain human and continue feeling empathy and love for other humans. Growing older I realized that most people are idealists in their youth but they grow up to selfish materialists.

So, I guess that my biggest achievement is that I still remain an idealist, full of empathy and compassion for other human beings.

What can we all do to make the world a better place?

World could become a better place if we could all stop thinking only for ourselves. Yes, our self is important but we should also start caring more about other people and see ourselves as part of a community. We should also start caring more about this planet and be careful with our choices.

What is your favourite post from Ruthiee loves Glamour and why?

I generally love the way Ruth writes. I find her writing really honest and original so I like most of her posts. Two of my favorites are: “Why You Shouldn’t Give A Fuck About Haters” and “You Are Stronger Than You Think”.

I love the fact that when reading these posts I have a feeling that I hear my best friend encouraging me to stay strong, stay focused on my targets and don’t let anything stand in my way. There is no need to question myself and no need to waste time and energy on haters.

Sharing something I created!

I created 4 posters with priorities that should be set in life routines when it comes to our health, our career, our finances and our relationships. It is really simple but I hope you like it.

Roundup || The Aesthete Blogger Award

I am glad to have been nominated for the Aesthete Blogger Award. Although I have been nominated for other awards in the past, this is the first time I participate in something like this. I think it has a lot to do with the timing everything brings you, but, anyway this time the timing was right and I enjoyed my participation.

The Aesthete Blogger Award, as all awards, is a beautiful way to share love and show appreciation among the members of the blogging community. I hope that you also enjoyed reading my answers.

  14. One of my favourite things about these blogger awards is that they let me learn more about the person behind the blog. I’d say still maintaining empathy and compassion in a world that is as tough as ours is a huge achievement and really respect that. Ruthie’s haters post is one of my faves of hers too 🙂
